Steve-

On behalf of Sue and myself, I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you and the other members of Smoke & Mirrors for your part in making our wedding reception a resounding success. As expected, the dance floor was filled with people from your very first song, and it is largely a tribute to your band that it remained filled right up to the final song. I lost count of the number of people, young and old, who said, "Wow, that band was really terrific!" I agree wholeheartedly.

I would also like to commend you for your professionalism. I appreciated your making a point of introducing yourself to me, and keeping me posted as the evening's events progressed. Your work with the caterers on timing, etc., helped to insure that things flowed smoothly. I literally have not a single complaint.

My feedback to Jim Ciampi will be overwhelmingly positive, and I will not hesitate to recommend you to folks looking for a great band. (Speaking of which, as I mentioned previously, I would definitely recommend that you/Jim make formal contact with Sherry Guyette, director of catering sales at the Hanover Inn, to make sure that you are on her list of available bands for functions in the Hanover area. There are a lot of weddings up there, and not many bands to choose from.

Again, our sincerest thanks for helping to make our wedding reception such a special event. Please do not hesitate to contact me in the future, if a personal endorsement is in order.

Yours truly,

Ogden Morse
